Ohserase Manufacturing, LLC (OM) is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing Sales team!
As a KAM, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our top retailers and wholesalers—building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and leading field teams to success. This is a dynamic role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, relationship management, and leadership to deliver results.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support Field Sales Representatives & Brand Ambassadors.
- Drive sales growth and expand distribution of OM products.
- Build and nurture key customer relationships.
- Execute promotional events and in-store activations.
- Provide market insights, sales forecasting, and executional excellence.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of field sales experience (tobacco industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, personable, and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet customer needs.
