Per Diem, Schedule to Include Every Other Weekend
As a Group Facilitator for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Group Facilitator is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.
As a Group Facilitator:
You will work according to established policies and procedures
You will be responsible for facilitating groups via established curriculum content
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team regarding group dynamics
The Group Facilitator will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree: Master’s degree is preferred.
Two (2) years of experience facilitating group therapy sessions
Prior experience working within an inpatient behavioral health care setting
Valid CPR certification
