As a New Grad Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

You will care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
The New Grad Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates will have the following:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active LPN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of MA
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Provider through American Heart Association of American Red Cross
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Basic clinical judgment and willingness to seek guidance when needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced clinical environment

Pay Range
Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience.
