What are the responsibilities and job description for the PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator - Only W2 position at Taras Technology LLC?
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or a related role supporting large-scale organizations or cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to or working knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Azure DevOps and Confluence is highly preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, and Copilot.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, prioritization, and administrative capabilities.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and managing Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams while providing strong customer support/service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong computer literacy with excellent typing and documentation skills.
