Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security, including role design, authorization management, user provisioning, access remediation, and production support within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), role lifecycle management, and mitigation control administration.
- Hands-on experience administering security for SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori applications, backend systems, and technical authorization object management.
- Proven ability to develop, configure, test, and maintain single, derived, and composite roles while ensuring compliance with business requirements and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Experience conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments, security risk evaluations, conflict analysis, and remediation activities using SAP GRC and compensating controls.
- Strong background in security governance activities, including user access reviews, emergency/firefighter access administration, audit support, compliance reporting, and periodic access recertification.
- Experience supporting transport management, security testing, role troubleshooting, and migration activities, while collaborating with functional, Basis, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts, including organizational levels, authorization objects and fields, role menus, SU24/SU25 proposal management, STAUTHTRACE/SU53 analysis, and authorization troubleshooting.
- Experience working within ITIL-based or structured change management environments using ticketing systems, documentation standards, transport processes, and change control procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
