Description
BridgeWater Senior Living Community is currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Perform full cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
- Ensure all appliances are clean, functional, and in good condition.
- Complete detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures.
- Assist with daily upkeep of grounds, including trash pickup and maintaining a clean exterior environment.
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities, ensuring machines and surrounding areas remain tidy and safe.
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, office, and fitness center, including floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during cleaning.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management team to ensure units and common areas meet company standards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
