Tarantino Properties is hiring Leasing Consultants for our three apartment communities in San Antonio, Texas! Opportunities are available at properties located in the 78217, 78201, and 78218 areas.
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous leasing experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
- Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
- Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
- Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
- Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
