Description
The Lennox Apartments is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Specialist to oversee our apartment community located in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
- Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
- Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
- Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday with two days off during the week (Tues - Thurs).
