Description
Tarantino Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for two of our apartment communities in Baytown, TX - Hunt Garden Apartments and Willow Tree Apartments.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills, who is passionate about helping potential residents find their ideal home. The Leasing agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our lease-up program.
We offer an attractive hourly pay commission structure
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Support resident events and community engagement
Requirements
- Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with Onesite / Knock software.
- Will float between two properties. Saturdays are a requirement.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
