La Serena Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
We offer an attractive hourly pay commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Support resident events and community engagement
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience required
- Experience in OneSite software required
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
