Seeking fearless Director, Experiential Marketing & Production for an Experiential Marketing Agency in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. (Hybrid)
Position Summary
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experiential producers focused on delivering client projects from idea to execution across beauty and sportswear. You’ll work closely with our CEO as well as our cross functional teams to bring event experiences to life. US travel is required in this role.

Objectives
You’ll develop and lead the team that drives relationships with our clients resulting in dynamic events and activations. We expect clients to rave that you understand their needs and successfully connect them to our team of leaders and experts to help them achieve their marketing activation goals. They will notice that you are proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, accessible, solution-focused and professional.
As the leader of the event production team, you’ll engage in activities such as:
- Recruiting teammates for the experiential marketing and production role that espouse our core values and drive for success
- Developing the experiential marketing and production team so they are aligned to our approach to working with clients and demonstrate our core values
- Developing a deep understanding of all clients in the agency’s portfolio, including their internal language, cadence of work, and primary goals/objectives
- Managing client relations to drive successful outcomes, regardless of who is producing the work
- Creating a plan and aligning the experiential marketing and production team to achieve the client’s experiential goals on time and on budget, every time
- Leading weekly internal meetings to ensure projects progress with ease and efficiency and that they are delivered successfully
- Maintaining full responsibility for client budgets, weekly cadence reporting and internal expense reporting
- Owning the full project cycle from concept and contract inception through execution and wrap up
- Building a roster of key vendors and fostering strong agency relationships so that when client projects arise, the experiential marketing and production team has well established relationships to deliver on the agency promise
- Researching, studying and staying up-to-date on experiential trends, specifically in the sportswear and beauty industries.
- Leveraging trend spotting to bring new ideas to the experiential marketing and production team and enhance the client experience
- Ensuring that all experiential marketing and production team members follow the systems and processes set forth by the agency and adhere to our high standards that align to our core values
You and the experiential marketing and production team will engage in event execution activities such as:
- Working with our Brand Marketing & Strategy team to identify potential experiential strategies that lead to achieving our client’s business goals and needs
- Partnering with our Brand Marketing & Strategy, Creative, and development teams that create winning outcomes for clients
- Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution
- Identifying areas of concern, before they happen, and creating a solution-focused plan to resolve them
- Managing the client budgets, creating and updating the client cadence reports and conducting weekly client budget reviews
- Developing and maintaining client relationships that result in good rapport, trust and ongoing engagements
- Identifying, securing and negotiating contracts with vendors that can execute on the strategy and experiential vision. Manage the vendors across all phases of the activations to ensure a winning outcome
- Collaborating with our cross functional teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our processes and operations so that you deliver on our client promise
- We expect your efforts to create positive testimonials from clients that result in renewed contracts and new project opportunities. Your role will be vital to our long-term success

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree required
10 years of Experiential Marketing
3 years of leading Experiential teams

Compensation
$120,000 to $140,000 compensation range, based on experience
Bonus Structure 20% of Base Pay
3% matching SIMPLE IRA
Health Insurance (50/50 - split employee/employer)
Unlimited PTO, after 6 months of employment, with CEO approval
Up to $2500 in reimbursement for Continuing Education, with CEO approval
Physical Requirements
You will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. When onsite you will spend prolonged hours standing. This position requires travel up to 35% of the time.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
