JOB OVERVIEW
Greet and provide service to all guests with uncompromised hospitality
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet and describe concept and menu to all guests
- Suggestively sell both food & beverage
- Ensure there are no allergies or dietary restrictions
- Answer all questions thoroughly
- Promptly enter orders into the POS
- Ensure each guest is satisfied with food & beverage selections
- Perform all opening and closing side work
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Selfstarting personality with an even disposition.
- Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are required; training will be provided as needed.
- Must be able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
- Can communicate well with guests.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Part Time and Full Time availability. Hourly wage plus tips.
