We are looking for a dental billing manager to join our dental family at Tara Griffin DDS. Dr. Tara Griffin has a phenomenal group working together to build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for a dental billing manager to be responsible for treatment planning, processing insurance and patient finances. You should be proficient in using the dental practice management software preferable Dentrix to treatment plan and manage all insurance processing and billing. You should be a multi-tasker, personable and the financial point member of the practice. You must have prior dental billing experience. .
To be successful as our billing manager, you should work closely with patients, explain their benefits to them, communicate any treatment plan concerns while managing and maximizing their insurance and finances with the practice. Our outstanding billing manager should achieve excellent customer service, and balance the demands of multiple duties from patient finances, insurance processing and billing and the collection process.
Our billing manager will help manage day-to-day patient accounts, help in determining out of pocket costs with treatment plans, develop relationships with our patients, and monitoring/manage the dental insurance and practice AR and billing cycle etc.
