This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified Field Inspector (Outside Sales Representative) based in Raleigh, NC, with opportunities to work remotely for certain tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting onsite inspections, delivering persuasive sales presentations, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing expert advice to homeowners on solutions for foundation and water management issues. The role requires strong sales capabilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Sales, including Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Background or knowledge in Pest Control or related fields is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain adaptability in various work environments (hybrid work setup)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or related fields is an advantage
