Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into bartending. As a Service Bar team member, you’ll play a key role in crafting our unique cocktail and dessert flights. You’ll be responsible for batching, assembling, and garnishing drinks, and may occasionally assist with kitchen prep as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble cocktail and dessert flights with precision and presentation in mind

Batch and garnish beverages according to Tapville standards

Assist with light kitchen prep when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bar area

Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience

Basic liquor knowledge and an interest in mixology

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

RAMP certification required
