We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to the General Manager to support executive-level operations for a large Homeowners Association. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the General Manager’s office runs efficiently while providing professional administrative support to internal teams, residents, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparationAssist with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-up itemsManage confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport payroll coordination, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes as neededServe as a point of contact for residents, staff, vendors, and board members, routing inquiries appropriatelyMaintain organized records, files, and digital systemsAssist with community communications, notices, and administrative projectsSupport compliance with HOA policies, procedures, and governing documentsQualifications3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support roleStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, calm, and service-oriented demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar administrative softwareHOA, property management, or public sector experience preferredCompany DescriptionTapps Island is a luxury community on the shores of Lake Tapps in Pierce County.
