About the Role
Tapin is seeking a motivated, on-the-ground sales professional to drive growth among coffee shops, cafés, and other high foot-traffic limited service restaurants. This role requires being out in the field—walking into shops, starting conversations, and building strong local relationships with owners and managers.
Success means consistently booking qualified meetings, closing deals, and helping independent operators quickly see Tapin’s value proposition. We’ll provide pitch materials and product training, but the key is having the drive and confidence to connect with café owners face-to-face and get them excited about new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Prospect coffee shops, cafés, and quick-service restaurants through in-person outreach and door-to-door visits
- Start conversations directly with owners and managers, book meetings, and move them through the sales funnel
- Qualify leads, close deals (or hand off to closers as needed)
- Track activity, prospects, and pipeline progress in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Share in-field feedback to refine pitch and outreach strategies alongside the founding team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door prospecting, or hospitality business development
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations cold
- Organized, persistent, and confident in managing a pipeline end-to-end
- Independent, self-motivated, and energized by local outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive)
- Bonus: Experience selling to restaurants, coffee shops, or hospitality tech
