Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect products to verify packaging integrity and quality standards.
- Re-pack items accurately according to specified guidelines, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Use hand tools and packing equipment safely and efficiently to prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any damaged or defective items immediately to supervisors for resolution.
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, packaging, or re-packing is preferred; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions precisely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
