- Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs to ensure the highest quality of life for residents
- Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication
- Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies
- Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to model and reinforce desired cultural values, helping reset expectations and elevate team engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and commitment to serving the senior population
- Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
