- Assist with planning and coordination of services under the direction of the Resident Services Director
- Administer medications and monitor resident health
- Lead, support, and guide care staff to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment
- Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
- 1 years of experience in a related field, required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
