- Prepare daily dishes based on established menus while honoring individual dietary needs
- Produce and plate both planned menu offerings and on‑demand meal requests
- Maintain strict sanitation and handling standards to ensure a safe kitchen environment

- Work cooperatively with the dietary staff in a supportive, team‑focused atmosphere
- Help foster a welcoming, pleasant mealtime experience for all residents
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting (required)
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain as needed
- Ability to follow recipes and manage dietary needs
