What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN on call Triage position at Tapestry Hospice?

Your work family includes doctors, nurses, (on call nurses, NP’s, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPN’s) social workers CNA’s, chaplains, and volunteers, just to name a few. The only thing missing is YOU!
Your role would be to work with the on-call team after hours and on weekends to help triage and dispatch our on-call field team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia
- 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in skilled nursing, home health, acute care, med surg or ICU)
- Utmost compassion & integrity
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Excellent Time Management Skills
