Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Fort Worth, TX. The key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, addressing customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and extensive work through our CRM system. The role will also require liaising with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, including handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Hands-on experience in Customer Support and resolving customer concerns efficiently
- Ability to enhance the Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
