Job Summary
The position of the machine operator is to operate and maintain converting equipment to slit, die-cut, and rewind adhesive tapes into finished products according to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Setup and operate converting equipment for adhesive tape manufacturing. Interpret work orders to ensure materials are processed accurately and timely. Package and ship finished items at specified dates. Maintain and/or troubleshoot machinery.
Skills
2 years of experience in a manufacturing or converting environment. Solid math and measuring skills. Mechanical skills and ability to operate industrial equipment. Experience with shipping/receiving and forklift operation.
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
Candidate must be reliable and dependable
Pay: $21.00 per hour
