This is a hybrid position based at our Plano, Texas headquarters, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday each week.

In this role, you'll be responsible for working with Tapcheck’s customers and supporting and reconciling payment transactions. You'll need a strong sense of detail and organization to perform successfully in this role.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to client questions and help resolve basic support issues
- Assist with daily payroll checks to ensure information is accurate
- Help process refunds, returns, and financial transactions
- Identify and flag discrepancies for further review
- Support collection efforts and follow up on outstanding items
- Work with internal teams and partners to track and manage A/R aging
- Help document processes and keep records up to date
- Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support team projects aimed at improving operations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or related fields
- Proficient in Excel and other technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in financial operations, payments, or payroll processes
- Exposure to payroll or payment systems is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work in the Plano, TX office 3 days/week

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
