Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Assist senior management in developing the company's long-term strategic plan and translating the strategy into actionable projects.
Develop project roadmaps, key milestones, and performance indicators to ensure projects progress as planned.
Project Management and Coordination
Lead cross-departmental teams, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth execution of strategic projects.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose effective solutions.
Data Analysis and Decision Support
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor information to provide data support for strategic decision-making.
Regularly report project progress and strategic effectiveness to management and provide optimization suggestions.
Team Management and Capability Building
Develop and manage project team members to improve team execution and professional capabilities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, or related majors; MBA preferred.
Over 20 years of experience in strategic project management, corporate strategy, or management consulting, including at least 5 years of management experience.
Familiar with strategic planning, project management methodologies and tools (such as PMI, Agile management, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and business acumen, capable of data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, team management skills, and cross-departmental collaboration experience.
Strong execution ability, resilience under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
