Job Purpose and Summary
The Rockery Manager supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising employees, building sales, and helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Imputing and approving Timecards for all retail and office staff.
- Managing the schedules for the Retail staff and the delivery drivers.
- Help manage the back office of VMX at each facility with any issue that may arise such as creating Orders, assigning Pricelists, imputing Carriers and Customers etc.
- Ensuring the daily operations of the retail and wholesale office are carried out.
- Handle any training that is needed for any office personnel.
- Deal with any issues that arise on the retail side such as but not limited to: pricing errors, upset customers, material ordering, inventory management, presentation, customer service.
- Review and approve most of the unapproved invoices that come in at all the facilities.
- Make budgetary recommendations
- Partial budgetary preparation/compliance accountability
- Assist customers with any and all material reports they need.
- Working with the Pit Foreman to make sure that we are in compliance with all government agencies that we adhere to.
- Following up and review the 40 Hour with the Pit Foreman and help address any issues.
- Helping the Pit Foreman on any scheduling or personnel needs they may have.
- Running one of the Sales stations such as Retail or Wholesale.
- Ordering material for the retail yards
- Some operating such as loading customers or dump trucks.
- Knowing the various systems that are used such as Vista, VMX, and Virtual Desktops.
- Understanding the various accounts and phase codes that we use for billing costs such as: Labor, Equipment, Material Costs, Equipment Repairs, Office Supplies, Trucking, Liability billing and transfers etc.
- Communicating with others both inside and outside the organization.

- 2-4 years related experience managing employees

Working Environment
- Working environment will mainly be in the office/ retail yard
- Hours for this position will vary, Monday - Saturday 7am-5pm and on call status
- Position will include extensive computer work and travel

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.79 - $38.69 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
