Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with bar backs and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods, and special events.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus.
