What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Customer Experience Associate position at Tap N Roll?
As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of the store, providing top-notch service while supporting our customers and team.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product selection, answer questions about games, and offer recommendations based on their interests
- Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, promote ongoing sales or special offers, and help them understand product features
- Cash Register Operation: Handle transactions quickly and accurately, including cash, card, and online orders
- Store Organization: Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves, organizing game sections, and keeping the checkout area tidy
- Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment and organize new product shipments as they arrive
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and running store events, such as game nights, tournaments, and product launches
- Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, helping to build relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a must
- Knowledge of trading card games, miniatures, and board games (a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of customers
- A positive, can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a busy retail setting
- A passion for building community and a willingness to learn more about the gaming world
