Job Description: This position will support fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products and support equipment, including assembly, test, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair.

Skills Required

• Proficient use of electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches
• Precision and fine motor skills required for micro/nano scale fabrication, assembly, and test with near-zero defects
• Must demonstrate a high degree of mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of or compliance with J‑STD‑001 requirements
• Conduct tests using electronics test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, meters, etc.) and generate test report data
• Ability to work as part of a group or team
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies
  
  

Skills Preferred

• Ability to communicate feedback to support design, fabrication, and test improvements
• Experience operating Cirris or Automated Test Equipment
• Troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems
• Training and proficiency in manufacturing & quality standards like IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 Class 3, IPC‑610 Class 3, and J‑STD‑001
  
  

Experience Required

• 2‑year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years as a technician performing related tasks, either in production or prototype environment

• 2‑year technical degree and 2 years as a technician performing related tasks in production or prototype environment

• 2‑year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years as a technician performing related tasks in production or prototype environment
