We're Hiring: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer!

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Somerset, United States. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Location: Branchburg, NJ

Role: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Pay Scale: $71,571 – $156,785 annually (Dependent on Experience)

Your Main Responsibilities As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Plan and manage activities that shape the future of our production processes.
• cGMP manufacturing environment with automated filling and packaging equipment.
• Drafting and executing equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and test method validations
• Ensure surface treatment (i.e. plasma, CO2 cleaning), adhesive bonding, drying methods and microdispensing
• Do injection molding of primary packaging components
  
  

What we are looking for in a Senior Manufacturing Engineer:

• 5-6 years of experience
• High speed GMP manufacturing filling and packaging automated equipment
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Hands on engineer familiar with installing and starting up equipment in same environment
