π Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to create impactful programs
π° Collaborate with Compensation to conduct salary reviews and ensure internal equity
π€ Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
What We're Looking For
β Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masterβs preferred)
β 6 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
β Strong business acumen and ability to interpret people metrics and business goals
β Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
β Proven expertise in consulting, conflict resolution, and HR best practices
β Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and confidentiality
