Job Title: Natural Sweetener R&D Technician

Location: Valhalla, NY (100 E Stevens Ave)

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking Natural Sweetener R&D Technicians to join a leading global research team. This role supports innovation in beverage development by assisting with experimental design execution, laboratory operations, and sample preparation for analytical and sensory evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute experimental designs with accuracy in beverage and concentrate preparation
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Manage laboratory inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Conduct and maintain beverage/concentrate storage studies
• Prepare samples for analytical and sensory testing
• Assist scientists with production runs, ingredient handling, and quality assurance
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AS/BS in a scientific field with bench work experience
• Ability to execute laboratory experiments precisely according to design
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic
  
  

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

• Prior beverage/food industry experience
• Strong teamwork and initiative
• Ability to analyze and clearly communicate experimental results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
