We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production management, with strong leadership skills to drive team performance and optimize workflow.

β° Work Mode: Work From Office
πΌ Role: Production Operations Manager (On-Site)
Duration: Direct/Permanent Placement
Schedule: Mid-shift manager, M-F, 12PM-8PM (with some flexibility required during
training and peak times)

What You'll Do
ο· Develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
(PEQ).
ο· Manage departmental expenses, including commodities, labor, and discretionary
spending.
ο· Create and execute capacity plans to support client commitments and meet or
exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
ο· Establish, communicate, and continually refine department and individual KPIs.
ο· Demonstrate technical expertise in print equipment, relevant technologies, and
product mix to maximize machine utilization and uptime.
ο· Provide performance feedback and support talent development through regular
coaching.
ο· Promote company values, vision, and quality standards while maintaining a strong
commitment to operational excellence.
What Weβre Looking For
ο· Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred;
equivalent experience considered.
ο· 3β5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, including 1β2
years in print/mail, production, or manufacturing.
ο· Flexibility to work non-standard hours during peak periods or when handling critical
client or facility events, including weekends or holidays.
ο· Strong leadership presence and self-starter mindset with the ability to motivate
teams in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
ο· Proven experience improving workflows, achieving KPIs, and developing high-
performing teams.
ο· Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and
meet tight deadlines.
ο· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced
formulas, linking files, charts/graphs).
