We are seeking hire a Process Development Lab Technician in Johns Creek, CA.

💼 Role: Process Development Lab Technician

Pay Scale: $38, 638 – $48, 315 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do

• Works following laboratory and chemical safety guidelines and escalates safety-
  
  

related issues.

• Maintains working schedule with positive attitude and provides a minimum of
  
  

48 hours notice for time off.

• Proactiveness in staying productive and takes initiative in looking for ways to
  
  

contribute between tasks or studies.

• Fabricate contact lenses or performs other repetitive tasks daily in a lab
  
  

following a detailed manufacturing process (lenses will be made manually by hand

and/or with semi-automated equipment).

• Communicates to the team immediately when process or quality issues are
  
  

encountered.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Communication- Ability to listen, communicate issues, take notes.
• Proactiveness- Without having to be told, someone who is always looking for
  
  

things to do to stay productive, learn something new, help someone else out, etc..

• Ability to learn and adapt- Much of the work we do in the lab doesn’t have a
  
  

‘user manual’.

• They should be able to pick up new skills/tasks quickly, easily, and correctly.
