role in providing specialized respiratory care to our neonatal patients during overnight shifts.
Position: Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rates
∙Per Diem: $45/hour time and a half after 8 hours
∙Travel RCP: $50/hour time and a half after 8 hours
What You'll Do
🫁 Deliver respiratory therapy to neonatal patients in the NICU.
🩺 Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status and response to treatment.
📋 Operate ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment.
💊 Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
🤝 Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
