What You'll Do
𧬠Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GMP cell therapy manufacturing, troubleshooting and leading critical operations
π§ͺ Enforce proper aseptic technique and ensure consistent Grade A BSC practices across the team
π Oversee and execute all aspects of manufacturing operations, including: Batch record review, Flask handling & storage, Final product inspection, Cryopreservation, Chain of custody/information transactions, Inventory and material tracking, Batch record review, Flask handling & storage, Final product inspection, Cryopreservation, Chain of custody/information transactions, Inventory and material tracking, Kit prep and cleanroom readiness
β Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety protocols (OSHA, SDS, etc.)
π€ Mentor and guide cleanroom technicians, setting the standard for excellence in aseptic execution
What We're Looking For
β Bachelorβs degree or equivalent industry experience
β 3 years of hands-on experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing
β Strong expertise in aseptic operations: BSC work, liquid transfers, welders/sealers, downstream processing
β Proven leadership skills in cleanroom environments β able to lead by example and gain trust quickly
β Excellent math and technical skills, including calculations using fractions, decimals, percentages, and basic algebra
β Demonstrated SME-level knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom settings
