Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track financial status of assigned grants
- Analyze expense reports to ensure proper allocation of grant funds
- Collaborate with external departments to identify and correct accounting discrepancies
- Assist Principal Investigators in preparing research grant applications and budgets
- Ensure all budget proposals comply with applicable funding agency and internal guidelines
- Utilize Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting purposes
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in grant/contract or financial administration
- College coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel or similar financial software
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in a related field
