This role will provide exposure to a pre-clinical biotechnology lab that specializes in next-generation sequencing, cell engineering, antibody therapeutics discovery, and a cutting-edge single cell microfluidic platform. The candidate must work independently as well as demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities.

Primary Responsibilities Of Role
- Overseeing daily shipping and receiving activities
- Unpacking and labeling of incoming reagents and product
- Log and check in materials received into order management software systems
- Maintain, organize, and stock general lab consumable inventory weekly
- Greet and escort laboratory vendors for lab coats, chemical supply, and medical waste
- Maintain and change out chemical gas supplies within the laboratories
- Assist with equipment installations as needed
- Assist with lab expansion activities as needed
- Reorganize lab space for optimal use
- Maintain proper labeling on equipment assets
- Create and maintain product inventory maps on fridges and freezers
- Prepare lab spaces for equipment demos
- Assist with general lab cleanliness and organization
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of laboratory experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system is a plus
- Prior experience with shipping / receiving is a plus
- Must exhibit professionalism and ability to serve as greeter and escort for site vendors for deliveries and services
- Capable of multi-tasking and following standard operating procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & operate a pallet jack
