We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Scanning Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Role: Document Scanning Clerk

Schedule

• Monday: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (May end earlier if daily tasks are completed)
  
  

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and scan incoming child support payments and mail.
• Manually review and enter payment and document information.
• Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy of scanned and entered data.
• Generate, retain, and organize reports and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal retention guidelines.
• Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to child support customers and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Safeguard confidential information, including Federal Tax Information (FTI), in accordance with all policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and contractual requirements.
• Support additional operational tasks and special projects as needed.
  
  

Required

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in document scanning, payment processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
