Taos Best Cleaning LLC is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to join a small, growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential cleaning for non-rental homes in the Taos area.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is looking for consistent weekday work with a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleanings (bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, floors, etc.)
- Follow established cleaning systems and checklists
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality
- Communicate clearly and professionally
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable with a physically active job
Pay:
- $20/hour for cleaning time
- $15/hour for support time (driving between jobs, setup, paid breaks, etc.)
- Paid breaks under 30 minutes
- Opportunities for increased hours as the business grows
Schedule:
- Weekday daytime hours (Monday–Friday)
- Schedule is finalized each Saturday for the following week
- Typical start times are 8am or 12pm
- Some days may require working alongside a teammate
Important: Reliable availability during scheduled workdays is required once the weekly schedule is confirmed.
