ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
Tanury Industries is a family owned and operating decorative electroplating business in Lincoln for the past 80 years. We are the premier decorative plater in the nation and; our work can be seen on high-end motorcycle and automotive parts, private and commercial aviation, marine hardware—even on the items you may wear such as high-end gift or jewelry items. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the Company's billing and collection processes.
· Timely and accurate processing and recording of payments.
· Analyze and report collection activity to maximize cash flows.
· Productive communication with customers to facilitate payments and resolve any billing or payment issues.
· Work with Sales and Production to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Perform credit checks
· Maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Accounting software experience including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial regulations and company policies
1-2 years accounting experienced. Accounting Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
