Essential Functions:
•Counsels students on an individual and group basis
•Assists students by preparing them academically, socially and emotionally for their role in society
•Assists students to develop the ability to make healthy decisions regarding personal, social, and academic choices
•Monitors student progress
•Identifies and implements tiered interventions
•Facilitates 504 process, team meetings, development and monitoring of 504 plans
•Lunch/Friendship groups with students
•Social/emotional coach
•Provides anti bullying information to all grades and acts as a resource when this behavior is reported
•Support for DILP classroom in the transitioning into the regular education setting
•Builds positive relationships with students/parents and provides local resources that are available for families in need
•Master’s Degree preferred.
Salary Range: $54,394.91 - $56,983.98
