Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assess their wellness and tanning needs, and provide personalized recommendations
- Promote and upsell a variety of tanning packages, skincare products, and wellness treatments to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through their service options
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility, including equipment, treatment areas, and common spaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments efficiently at the register
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to foster ongoing relationships and repeat visits
Qualifications
- Strong background in sales with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to health and beauty services
- Ability to operate tanning equipment safely and responsibly following all safety guidelines
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in transactions
