Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damages and necessary repairs.
- Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to assess vehicle conditions accurately.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, including parts and labor costs.
- Collaborate with mechanics and service writers to ensure accurate assessments and efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining estimates and repair processes to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, repair techniques, and pricing trends.
- Assist in managing the workflow within the service department to optimize efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in auto estimating or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes.
- Familiarity with service writing, and auto body repair, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
