Responsible to ensure all applicable birth certificate, paternity acknowledgements, pronouncement of death documentation, birth defect registry, and any other state vital record documentation required is generated, communicated, reconciled, and submitted according to state regulations.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Licenses and Certifications

- Prefer experience in health information system software.
