What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swing Program Rehab Therapy Lead - Rehab Admin (Days) position at Tanner Health?
Rehab Clinical Lead is a functional clinical lead for assigned area of responsibility that may be a PT, OT, or SLP discipline practitioner dependent upon assigned role. Position splits time with approximately 70-80% clinical care and 20-30% leadership, staffing, and site coordination activities. Clinical Activities: PT: Performs evaluation and treatment of impairment in muscle movement and or function resulting from injury or disease. Physical therapists provide consultation and other educational and advisory services for the purpose of preventing or reducing the incidence and severity of physical disability, bodily malfunction, and pain. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen years to seventy-five years of age) and Geriatrics (Seventy-five years of age and older). OT: Performs evaluation and treatment of impairment in functional status in daily living skills following a disability, disease, or illness. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen to seventy-five year olds) and Geriatrics (Seventy-five years and older). SLP: Performs evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients for speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen years to seventy-five years of age) and Geriatrics (Seventy-five years of age and older), Pediatrics occasionally (Zero to eighteen years of age).

- PHYSICAL THERAPIST
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
- SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
- HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR)
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology as appropriate from an accredited institution.
- Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology as appropriate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of therapy discipline procedures.
- NOTE: BLS within 30 days.
- One year of related experience preferred.
