- GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE
- ACLS CERTIFICATION
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- BLS card to be current, ACLS within 6 months and de-escalation training within 6 months.
