What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tanner Urgent Care for Kids (Days) position at Tanner Health?
Performs nursing duties following clinic policy/procedures. The LPN is responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating all nursing care provided in the clinical setting utilizing the nursing process. Diversified duties both within and in support of the Immediate Care Services.

- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR)
- Certification in audiometric and spirometry testing is preferred.
- Experienced in venipuncture preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical/surgical nursing. At least 1 year in ER, urgent care nursing preferred.
- Physical appearance should reflect an image of positive health practices and professional demeanor.
- BLS required within 30 days of hire.
- Requires travel to all Tanner Medical Group locations.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
