Role Description- The Office Administrator role at TanMar Companies is a full-time, on-site position based in Elk City, OK the Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating mail, deliveries, and office correspondence. This role will support leadership and field teams with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and file management. The Office Administrator will maintain office supplies and office equipment, coordinate service requests, and ensure a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications
